Many thanks for this suggestion of music by a composer of great music-historical significance, who is as yet unknown to me, inasmuch as FM Cattaneo was a successor to Johann Georg Pisendel as violinist and concertmaster in the Dresden Hofkapelle.
It is also interesting to listen how another contemporary of Vivaldi composed his music. However, Cattaneo attained his greatest importance through his work as an outstanding virtuoso in the Dresden Hofkapelle, which was highly respected at the time.
